Instructions

  • Stir in Cajun seasoning, tomato paste, and tomato sauce. Mix well.
  • Add brown sugar and apple cider vinegar, stirring to combine. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  • Toast the buns if desired. Spoon the hot, saucy chicken mixture onto each bun.
